Too much pressure can lead to a illness on a person. When a person knew that people around him were expecting too much or they wanted him to perform better, he might wanted to get through with those people or to be nervous whenever he do his actions. He might loose his self confidence and unsatisfied since he were looking for the better when he do action.

The fact that people were looking for the perfect about things is acceptable. It is the nature of man to do his best just to have the perfect result but most of the time, he only get disappointment about it. There is no wrong about expecting but someone suggest to not expect too much for you not to be much disappointed. Whatever effort we exrt, there would still possibility of failure, that is what life means, things happened unexpectedly.

Too much disappointment about things can lead a man to do stupid things. On my own experience, it lead me to be addicted to drugs. It was like the whole world was on my shoulders, too much problem with my family, in school and with my friends. To forget about it for awhile, I tried using drugs until to the point that I was addicted. When my family knew about it, they did Addiction Treatment and Drug Treatment for me to stop taking it.

At first, there was no effect for me those treatment but when I heard that they will bring me to the Drug Rehab, I voluntarily stopped using drugs. Bicep tendonitis is the inflammation from the top of the biceps muscle to the shoulder. The most common that causes bicep strain is the overuse from certain types of work or sports activity. For me to lessen the cause of muscle strain you need to warm up before doing some work or sport activities.
